Objectives
Our organisation was set up to resolve two fundamental issues currently affecting Senegal: health and environment. We use education and training as a fundamental basis for our work which also goes hand in hand with the fight against poverty.
Methods
- Talks on STIs/AIDs and other endemic diseases
- Raising awareness of malaria, including animated sessions
- Creation of tree nurseries
- Talks on the environment (Reforestation*, forest fires…)
- Talks on water purification (Management of used or stagnant water)
- Radio programmes (RTS/SUD FM) in partnership with IREF, DREEC, PBA
What have we accomplished to date?
We have created several community health posts as well as sites of reforestation, including the following:

- La grande mosquée de Lyndiane Jardins
Future plans
We aim to continue to continue our work, spreading to a larger population area. We are also in the process of organising a programme to take our work to the road this summer ‘La caravanne du mbossé’.
